These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply to all services, products, and activities related to the 7 c77 platform. These Terms shall be considered a binding legal agreement between the user and 7 c77.

1.1 Key Definitions

• "Platform" means the 7 c77 website, mobile application, and all related digital services.
• "User" means any person who has registered on the platform or is using the services.
• "Account" means the personal profile created through registration.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, cashback, or other financial benefit that 7 c77 provides under specific conditions.
• "Real Money" means actual funds deposited by the user.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, the user is deemed to have unconditionally accepted these Terms. If a user does not agree with these Terms, they are requested to stop using the platform immediately.

To use 7 c77's services, each user must create a valid account. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.1 One Person, One Account

Each user may create only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, it will be considered a violation of these Terms and all accounts may be immediately closed. The same action will be taken if multiple account creation attempts are detected from the same device, IP address, or payment method.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

7 c77 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. The user may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport or Driving Licence
• Active mobile number verification (via OTP)
• Payment method verification

If identity verification is not completed within the required time, the account may be temporarily suspended and the withdrawal process may be put on hold.

2.3 Account Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. Passwords should never be shared with third parties. If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, contact customer support immediately.

To use the platform, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must register in their own name — creating an account on behalf of a representative or another person is prohibited.
• Participation in such activities must be lawful under the laws applicable in the user's own area.
• Users who are subject to any active restriction may not register.

Providing false information during age verification will result in account closure, and all deposits and bonuses associated with that account may be forfeited.

4.1 Deposit Methods

7 c77 currently accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. The withdrawal amount must be ৳800 or more. KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit — with the same name and account number.
• If any transaction raises suspicion of money laundering or fraud, it may be held by the administration for investigation.
• A user may only withdraw from their account to a payment method registered in their own name.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on 7 c77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in cryptocurrency or foreign currency are not accepted.

7 c77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, and compliance with them is mandatory.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount must be met. Example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500; to withdraw, a wager of ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• It is not possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.
• If the wagering requirement for a bonus is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If winnings from a bonus exceed a specified limit, the excess amount may be deducted.
• A bonus can only be used once per account registered in the user's own name.
• A bonus is never equivalent to cash — it cannot be withdrawn before the specified conditions are met.

5.3 VIP Program

7 c77's VIP Program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is available on net losses — up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.7% at Silver, and 1.0% at Gold. Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the user's consistency and activity on the platform.

The following general rules apply to all sections of 7 c77 — slots, live casino, fishing games, and sports betting:

6.1 Fair Play Policy

• All games are operated through RNG (Random Number Generator) or an approved live dealer system.
• Users may not attempt to influence game outcomes using any automated software, bot, or strategy.
• If the outcome of a game becomes uncertain due to a technical error, 7 c77 reserves the right to cancel that round.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has set minimum and maximum bet limits. 7 c77 reserves the right to change these limits for any user, particularly if unusual betting patterns are detected.

6.3 Sports Betting

In sports betting, odds may change at a set time. If a bet is not accepted due to a technical delay in live betting, the stake will be refunded. If the match authority or venue changes, specific betting rules will apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7 c77 and, if detected, will result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account:

• Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same person or group.
• Registering using fake or stolen identity documents.
• Intentionally hedging bets or arbitraging for the purpose of gaining bonus advantages.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or using malware or other harmful software.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's payment method.
• Filing chargeback claims or attempting to wrongfully recover funds through a bank or payment service.

8.1 Suspension by Administration

7 c77 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any provision of these Terms.
• If false information or inconsistencies are found in the details provided.
• If a security or fraud concern arises.
• To comply with a court or regulatory authority order.

8.2 Closure by User

Any user may request to close their own account. Pending transactions and bonus balances will be settled before the request is processed. 8.3 Remaining Balance After Closure

If any valid balance remains at the time of account closure, it will be returned to the user's registered payment method after verification is completed. If the account is closed due to a violation, bonus balances and suspected winnings may be forfeited.

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
• Transaction delays caused by disruption to third-party services (such as payment gateways).
• Losses resulting from the user leaving their account credentials unsecured.
• Unexpected technical errors or force majeure events.

7 c77 strives to ensure overall platform availability. However, in the event of temporary disruption due to maintenance or upgrades, advance notice will be provided where possible.
